We are very happy to have created the multi-award winning Mediala Methodology, currently implemented in more than 50 organizations.

The awards we have obtained have been:

• ADR 2019 Award from the Generalitat de Catalunya for the best initiative in conflict management and mediation in the company).
• AMMI 2020 Award from the Madrid Association of Mediators for the best national mediation project.

And with all the experience obtained in organizations working on conflict prevention and management, we decided to create The Art of Mediation.

Through The Art of Mediation we have captured all our knowledge. We have decided to show it in videos and through documents that will give you a global vision of everything you need to know to manage conflicts in your organization.
